My name is William, but you can calls me Will. 

I have spent over 17 years working as a professional chef, developing a passion for exceptional food, quality ingredients, and the talented producers behind them. Alongside my culinary career, I am also a fully qualified PCV bus and coach driver, travelling throughout the Scottish Borders and Northumberland.
These two careers have given me a unique perspective on the region—its hidden gems, its welcoming communities, and the incredible artisan producers who make it so special.
